Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine nuts and dried fruits in a bowl.
- Cut fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
- Serve the nut and fruit mix alongside the dressed vegetables.
