- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup celery sticks

Instructions
- Mix almonds and cashews in a bowl.
- Add dried apricots and dates to the bowl.
- Slice carrots and celery into sticks.
- Drizzle olive oil over the nuts.
- Sprinkle sea salt and mix well.
- Serve snacks in portions.
