Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 150g unsalted butter
- 100g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Cut butter into dry ingredients until crumbly.
- Press dough into tart tin and chill for 30 minutes.
- Blind bake crust for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool before serving.

- Chill dough thoroughly before baking.
