- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Boil ravioli according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
- Thread 3-4 ravioli onto each wooden skewer.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each skewer in the egg mixture, then coat evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry skewers for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce.
