Instructions
- Whisk flour and eggs in a bowl.
- Gradually add milk and water, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in melted butter, salt, and sugar (if using).
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
- Cook for about 2 minutes until the bottom is light brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
