- 2 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 225°F.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs evenly with the spice mix.
- Place ribs in the smoker and cook for 6 hours.
- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last hour of cooking.
- Remove ribs when internal temperature reaches 203°F.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
