Instructions

- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add spinach and cooked pasta. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
