Instructions

- Pour in vegetable broth and diced tomatoes.
- Stir in basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- If using, add pasta or rice and cook until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
