- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- for dusting powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease two ramekins with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.

- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
- Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of espresso powder to the batter.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for an extra touch.
