Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any bell pepper colors you like.
