- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tortillas, for serving
- Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- Feel free to use any bell pepper colors you like.
- For added spice, include sliced jalapeños with the vegetables.
- This recipe can easily be doubled for a larger crowd.
