Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and bell peppers.
- Pour in soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
