Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli and bell peppers until tender.
- Once chicken is cooked, slice into strips.
- Divide rice, chicken, and vegetables into meal prep containers.
- Store in the refrigerator for the week.
