Ingredients

- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Add butter and mash until smooth.
- Stir in milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in parsley before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute butter with olive oil for a healthier option.
