A delicious chocolate bar inspired by Dubai’s rich flavors.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 50g milk chocolate
- 30g dried dates, chopped
- 20g pistachios, chopped
- 10g rose petals
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Add the milk chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Mix in chopped dates, pistachios, and cardamom powder.
- Pour the mixture into a mold.
- Sprinkle rose petals on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Remove from mold and cut into bars.
Notes
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Use quality chocolate for best taste.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less chocolate.
