- 200g chocolate cookies
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese
- 200g sour cream
- 150g sugar
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, melted chocolate, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Let the cheesecake chill overnight for better texture.
- Serve with chocolate shavings on top.
