Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken cubes to the yogurt mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top with feta cheese and black olives.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
