Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
  9. Serve hot.
