- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.
- Serve hot.
