Ingredients

- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add ham and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Dip bread slices in melted butter and arrange in a baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve with mixed berries, yogurt, and honey on the side.
Notes
- You can substitute ham with cooked sausage or bacon.
- Use gluten-free bread if needed.
- Assemble the dish the night before and refrigerate.
