A fun and festive cake shaped like the Easter Bunny.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- 1 cup white frosting
- 2 candy eyes
- 1 pink jelly bean for the nose
- 1 cup colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
- Once cool, stack the cakes and shape them into a bunny head.
- Frost the cake with white frosting.
- Use chocolate frosting for the eyes and mouth.
- Add coconut for fur and sprinkles for decoration.
Notes
- This cake can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can use any frosting flavor you prefer.
