Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup white frosting
  • 2 candy eyes
  • 1 pink jelly bean for the nose
  • 1 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour two round cake pans.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  4. Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cakes cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
  8. Once cool, stack the cakes and shape them into a bunny head.
  9. Frost the cake with white frosting.
  10. Use chocolate frosting for the eyes and mouth.
  11. Add coconut for fur and sprinkles for decoration.
