Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour two round cake pans.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool before removing from pans.
- Make frosting by mixing powdered sugar and milk.
- Color frosting with food coloring.
- Frost the cakes and stack them to form the bunny shape.
- Decorate with marshmallows and chocolate chips to create the bunny features.
