Ingredients

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
- Add sliced cucumbers to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes on top.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
