Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut sweet potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over wedges and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
