Description

Ingredients

  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onions, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Warm the tortillas to make them pliable. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the enchiladas.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
