- 2 cups milk

- 4 cups cubed bread (such as French or Italian)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Add the cubed bread, cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, and chopped vegetables to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
