  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Add the cubed bread, cheese, cooked sausage or bacon, and chopped vegetables to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the middle and golden brown on top.
