Description
A simple and delicious buffalo chicken dip made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In the crock pot, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through.
- Stir well before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the crock pot.
