Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup.
- Add more vegetables like bell peppers or carrots if desired.
- For extra spice, increase the red pepper flakes.
