Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
