  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
