- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until well combined.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

- Use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
- Adjust sauce quantities to taste.
