  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables soften.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Add cooked noodles and toss until well combined.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
