Description

Easy chicken noodle soup made in a crock pot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Add chicken broth, water, chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme to the crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken with a fork.
  4. Stir in egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
