Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk. Cook until thick.
  4. Add chicken and vegetables. Stir well.
  5. Pour mixture into pie crust. Cover with top crust.
