Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken slices and coat well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until done.
- Warm pita breads in a dry pan for 1 minute.
- Fill pitas with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Serve with garlic sauce.

- Marinate longer for more flavor.
- Use Greek yogurt for a creamier garlic sauce.
