- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until done.
- Shred the cooked chicken.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each.
- Fill tortillas with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream.
