Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add water, oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of hazelnut spread on top and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
