- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup hazelnut spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add water, oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of hazelnut spread on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use a high-quality hazelnut spread for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
