Ingredients

Instructions

- Fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Carefully fold the egg whites into the mixture.
- Divide into serving glasses and chill for at least 4 hours.
