Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Stir the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add the butter and stir until combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder and serve.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can also coat truffles in powdered sugar or crushed nuts.
