Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add the butter and stir until combined.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  8. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder and serve.

Notes
