Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Layer the crushed gingerbread cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Add another layer of crushed cookies, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Top with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
