Instructions

  3. Layer the crushed gingerbread cookies at the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  5. Add another layer of crushed cookies, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Top with chocolate shavings.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
