Ingredients

- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of green beans, trimmed

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.
