- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches in syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Mix peaches, reserved syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour peach mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and scatter over the peaches.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top before baking.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
