Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 package (3 oz) raspberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Chop cranberries finely and mix with sugar. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Add walnuts, celery, and grapes to the cranberry mixture.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
- Pour gelatin mixture over cranberry mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a sweeter salad, increase sugar to 1.5 cups.
- Substitute walnuts with pecans if preferred.
- Use red grapes for a more vibrant color.
