Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
