Instructions

  1. Place onions, carrots, and potatoes in the crockpot.

  3. Place the beef on top of the vegetables.
  4. Pour beef broth over the meat and vegetables.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Remove the beef and shred it before serving.
