Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place pork shoulder in crockpot.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture over pork.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Shred pork with forks.
  6. Serve on buns.
