- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the slaw and mix well.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or almonds.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
