- 2 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions
- Wash and slice cucumbers and strawberries.
- Chop mint leaves finely.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine cucumbers, strawberries, and mint in a large bowl.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
