Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken on a baking sheet.
  4. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Meanwhile, cook brown rice according to package instructions.
  7. Once cooked, divide rice into meal prep containers.
  8. Top rice with chicken and vegetables.
  9. Let cool before sealing containers.
