Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
