- 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. Toss to coat and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peaches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
