Instructions

- Add chicken breast and coat it with the mixture.
- Place chicken on a baking tray.
- Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Drizzle remaining oil mixture over vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
