Description
This easy fruit pizza uses Pillsbury pie crusts for a quick and delicious dessert.

- 2 Pillsbury pie crusts
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crusts and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the pie crusts for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the crusts cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crusts.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can add a glaze on top with fruit preserves if desired.
