Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the cream cheese over the pre-baked sugar cookie crust.
- Mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the cream cheese.
- Arrange the mixed fresh fruit on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle fruit glaze over the fruit if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
